The puckered effect is caused by a treatment applied to a certain area of the fabric which makes the fabric in those areas shrink, leaving the remaining area puckered. It gives a different unique textured look to the fabric... and a unique texture to you. The fabric is ultra-soft due to the find comb poly weave. Made in olive and black.
